Brokerage

I. SALE / PURCHASE
 
Where there is any immovable property that is transferred through sale or exchange or by transfer of shares in a Co-operative Society commission at the following rates on the total consideration amount  shall be paid to Rising Star Property Advisors as under:
 
(a) Where we act on behalf of both the Buyer and the Seller, commission at the rate of 2 % shall be paid to us by each party.
(b) Where we act only for the buyer or the seller, commission @ 2% shall be paid by the party for whom the member acts.

Terms of Payment
100 % of the commission shall be payable to us at the time of registration of sale agreement  by way of non-refundable service charges and out of pocket expenses.
 
II.  LEASE / LEAVE & LICENSE
In the case of Lease / Leave and License /  commission @ 2 months rent becomes due & payable by the Licensee to the broker concerned.
On renewal of Lease / Leave and License  1 month’s rent  becomes due and payable by Licensee to the broker concerned on the escalated rent.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Commission / Brokerage /  Services Charges / Any Other charges, under any name whatsoever paid to the member for services rendered SHALL NOT BE REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. Any Tax implication arising from sale of property ( LTCG, TDS) should be consulted by the seller and buyer from their respective Chartered Accountants before initiating the deal as our role is of Property Consultant only.
